About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working in the Tampa Bay Area.
It is my goal to provide clients with support and to help them find or to rediscover freedom and wholeness. I celebrate my clients’ willingness to pursue the answers that lead to healing and wellness and I am privileged to witness their discoveries. I respect and appreciate individuals for their uniqueness and I promote strengthening emotional health so individuals, couples, and families can maintain, enhance or develop healthy living.
I offer my clients genuineness, a therapeutic environment that is safe and free of judgment, and a space that fosters growth. I believe that the counseling experience benefits from an approach that considers mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.
My clinical experience includes working with marriages, families, couples, individuals, and adolescents. I use interventions that increase mental health, enhance communication, deepen knowledge of self, and create greater harmony in life.
I offer my services to clients dealing with post- traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, military sexual trauma, sexual abuse trauma, domestic abuse trauma, infidelity, communication issues, adjustment through stages of life, grief, anger, among others.
